A telephone skills improvement audit of your field/ internal sales force and follow up training
This highly effective audit enables your staff to establish a greater awareness of how they communicate using the phone. We carry this out by the use of telephone recording/monitoring equipment* to identify areas where communication or listening skills are weak and provide the necessary tools and techniques to improve them.
