Little changes in your telesales strategy can add up to make a significant result
You all know that if you keep doing the same things, you will get the same result. In contrast if you….make small changes to your approach and monitor the results you can really build a great improvement model. Look at each part of your process from carrying out your research, to getting your valid business reason for the call, preparing the call, making contact with the executive and then building your relationships. Ask yourself in each part of the these processes, what can I do by doing something differently which will get me a better result? As you create this focus of attention you will notice that you can “fine tune” your outcomes and get much better overall results. I have just noticed this in my weight loss class when today I learnt that
after 5 weeks of following the programme I have lost a stone!! The difference this has made to my day to day living is enormous. I feel better, I eat well, sleep better and have much more energy. I can see the parallel in my methodology that by giving my clients just very small changes they can make in the way in which they run their telesales processes, they can get huge differences in their results. In some cases it just can be simply getting started and pick up the phone!
