Are you tracking your great calls?
There are times when you start your phoning and everything seems to work! You feel good, the prospective clients respond to you and what you are saying and you get your appointments seemingly effortlessly then…The following day you get up and everything seems to go wrong, infact the opposite programe seems to be working against you. What is going on here? If you can chunk down and work this question out, then you can work out exactly what your model of sucess is. So what is the difference that makes the difference when you have a great day? What are you seeing, hearing and feeling. What are your beliefs? What are you doing? And are there any differences in your environment? As well as tracking the number of calls and conversations and conversions you make, keep a seperate log of the the “you bit” what are the differences in “you” when you have a great day? How can you make this more repeatable? As you keep a log you will start to learn the make up of your own sucess processes and indeed what happens when things seem to go wrong and then stay wrong. When they go wrong take a curious stance, ask questions rather than accept blows to your feelings and you just end up feeling really down. Again all these questions make up the magic of modelling as we know it in NLP -Neuro-linguistic programming. If you are not familiar with these concepts, google them, learn them, bathe in them until you too have great control of your sucess programming. It is so satisfying and fullfilling when you can do this. You can then get better control over your life rather than letting things or circumstances control you.
