Who Am I?
I am a phone “Guru” who helps clients reach senior executives to “start conversations from cold” which have led to deals of $0.5 million upwards.
This approach can reduce the length of high ticket sales, which would normally take from 12-18 months to 3-5 months. The initial conversation can take a matter of weeks to get going rather than months and only requires a handful of calls instead of the usual 60 a day “spray and pray” approach.
Part of my methodology is to help organisations make better use of the phone, as a business tool, rather than an ad-hoc communication device. To this end, I use the concept of a telephone meeting to help clients get the same outcomes from a face to face meeting, without sacrificing the time and cost which is normally required.
I have also applied my expertise to a call centre environment and helped improve the turnover in sales by 150%. In parallel, I have trained as a communication specialist in NLP, and as a coach. My landmark cases have been to help cure a phobia of a client who had not flown for 15 years and to remove the trigger of a King’s Cross Victim, so he could go down into the underground again without reliving the horrors of the event.
One of my most recent cases was to help a young relative remove the anxiety around his revision and A Level exams, which enabled him to pass with flying colours and gain a place at University.
My blog will cover a wide range of comment, as my passion is to help everyone use the phone in the most effective way to attain their goals, ambitions and dreams and help remove any inner blocks which may stand in the way.
I started out in a subsidiary of the large IT Services Group, Cap Gemini, but since then have worked with a wide variety of clients ranging from independent management consultants, large accounting firms and a billion dollar Software Company.
